Seeking an experienced Labor Relations Manager to join our human resources team.PostingID: 1811352546This position will assist with contract negotiations, prepare and analyze information related to negotiations and other labor relations matters, administer grievance procedures, counsel and discipline employees, advise and collaborate with management on company policies and practices. Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:
· Minimum of three years human resources management experience, with emphasis on labor relations and contract negotiations required. Previous hospitality experience in a union environment preferred.
· Extensive knowledge of Federal and State labor laws and collective bargaining trends.
· Organized, resourceful, excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to stay calm under pressure, flexible and work well in a team.
· A Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or industrial relations preferred.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
